Valve-In-Head Housings

Changing filter cartridges can sometimes be troublesome, if only because the housings are difficult to remove. Excess pressure built up inside of cartridge housings can make this process especially difficult. Pentek’s solution to this problem is to include a pressure release valve in the head of the cartridge housing. With a press of a small, red button on the housing head, pressure is released from inside the housing, after which point, the cartridge change is a snap. Pentek has a rich heritage steeped in manufacturing water filtration components of the highest quality.
