• This Pentek 144229 Cartridge Coupler is a reusable water filter accessory utilized with double open end Big Blue water filters that enhances their effectiveness and extends their length by allowing you to connect and use two filter cartridges at the same time which doubles the filtration capacity. 
• The two filter cartridges which are used with this filter coupler must be 4.5″ in diameter (Big Blue Full Flow filters). 
• The Big Blue coupler works with all brands of Big Blue water filters including Pentek filters, Ametek filters, Culligan filters, Bruner filters, Kleen-Plus filters, Plymouth filters, American Plumber filters, US Filter filters, and all other Big Blue water filters.
