The Claris water filter cartridge has new technology that Everpure has developed to tailor the hot beverage market. The Claris allows you to have all the filtration and softening needs in one filter. You can set the hardness to the manufactures specs or to your specific desire.

The CLARIS filter systems are typically used to feed the following appliances
• Coffee and Espresso Machines
• Hot drink vending machines
• Combi steamers and self-cooking systems
• Steam cookers and ovens
• Brewed Iced Tea
• The systems can be operated horizontally or vertically, depending on the space available

Not meeting water quality standards can often void a warranty. Water specifications vary by steam manufacturer.

We recommend:

• TDS (Total Dissolved Solids): 100 ppm
• Total Hardness: 35 ppm (2 grains)
• Total Alkalinity: 60 ppm
• pH: 7.0-8.5
• Total Chlorine: 0.2 ppm
• Chlorides: 30 ppm
